Berenstain Bears Party!

Children’s Theme Party are a common phenomenon in this day and age! This serves to explain why we had parties such as a Mad Science Party, Milo Party, Zumba Party, Oreo Birthday Party and etc. over the last few years!

Well, Nathan’s Party is in the month of February, and after some brain storming by mummy, the theme for this year’s party is:

The Berenstain Bears Party!

Personally, I did not grow up reading their books, so I have only been getting to know the bears over the past year. If you don’t already know, they are Christian Bears, who teach morals like “Telling the Truth!”, “Too much Internet” and they even have stories like “David and Goliath”!

As Nathan has been picking up reading and these were the titles of his favourite series, the Berestain Bears Party was a definite hit with him!

Another request that Nathan had, was that the party must have games. This year, Mummy stepped up to the plate and she was the Game Master for the party. As Bears were the animals of he day, it was only natural that the 1st game involved “Hello Panda!”

And in order to makes the games fun, the competitive factor must always be added in. Boys versus Girls is a sure thing, as it always seems to stir up the Singaporean Spirit!

I can safely say that the kids had great fun, and they enjoyed  playing against each other! Here are the rest of the finer moments of our party!

 

Nathan got all his wishes for his party. There were games, cake and his favourite! According to Nathan, the best parties in the world comes with McNuggets and French Fries! Yes! That’s the way he likes it! Anything from Mcdonalds goes!

And of course, the Goody Bag included books from Berenstain Bears, which was given to all his friends. And one of the titles that was fastest to go was Berenstain Bears and JUNK FOOD!

Happy Birthday Nathan! Mummy and Daddy love you so much!
