My very first credit card was a Citibank Credit Card.

Up till today, I am still using my Citibank Card. In my view, this is one of the very best credit cards on the market, with Global Worldwide recognition.

All changes start in small ways!

If you haven’t realized, but I am currently working on a Listerine challenge, where I am embarking on a journey to make some small changes in my life. (if you are free, you can help Listerine with their survey as well)

Above that, she has also brought the family overseas to sample the most authentic Pizzas and Burgers in their native homeland! Talk about Holistic learning!

My wife has a similar passion for food and travel, and her dream is for her husband to whip up her favourite sushi and bento set for her and the children, and bring them overseas to savour the authentic dishes as well!

With our 10th Wedding Anniversary coming up, I really want to work towards these dreams!

I also want to bring my wife and the kids to Japan so that they can savour authentic Japanese food in for themselves. A Super Yummy and mind changing adventure!

When I tweeted that I was on this month’s Men’s Health – there was an aura of unbelief in the air!

For the uninitiated, Men’s Health is a magazine associated with Ultra-healthy individuals, who eat well and exercise regularly. What’s more, their poster boys are normally muscle laden hunks – with biceps the size of tree trunks!

Has Parenting made Edmund delusional? How can he be associated with this magazine? Young Parents is definitely a far cry from Men’s Health!!!

Don’t worry – when the word went around – I quickly reassured everyone, that I did not go TOPLESS! (lest our eyes will laugh at those love handles)…I half jokingly told everybody- I could not go TOPLESS, as my mum said NO! It would harm the family reputation!!!

But seriously, I really am in this month’s Men’s Health!

No…I was not in the ULTIMATE BICEPS WORKOUT section (Please stop sniggering…)

But I am there…

Do you guys like going to the Dentist?!?

Well, I assume that many of you are just like me…and we don’t really fancy a trip to the dentist. It is like a necessary evil that we must all put up with…Just like eating your vegetables…:)

Recently, ED Unloaded was sent voluntarily by our friends at Listerine to experience better Oral hygiene for himself.

This was definitely an unnerving experience for this Daddy Blogger, as the Dentist spent at least 10mins “jabbing” at his teeth, as ED underwent a Gingivitis test. Gingivitis is a gum disease which is found in 85% of adults (Yes…I am referring to almost everyone!) and if left untreated, it will weaken your gums and teeth)

As Gingivitis is reversible through good Oral care habits, I will be undergoing the Listerine Blogger Challenge to demonstrate how Listerine can help reduce this gum disease.

Dentist also gave me 3 Quick Tips in order to improve your Oral Hygiene:

Yes…It is important to brush your teeth at least twice a day, and floss them at least once. And lastly follow through with Listerine Mouth Wash, to clean the “untouched” areas.

It might sound like a tedious exercise, but I say…
