National Family Celebrations
The month of June is going to be an exciting month! It is not just time for the School Holidays, but it is also time to celebrate Families! 
As everyone knows that it takes a village to raise a child, families are an important social fabric that needs to be strengthened. I want my kids to know that being with Mum and Dad means that they can be themselves! Everyone makes mistakes, and it is in this family that you will still be loved and accepted, in spite of one’s imperfections.
Besides Love, Mutual Respect, Communication, Commitment and Filial Responsibility, are all important components of a pie that makes up a strong family. In fact, if we can practise these 5 values consistently, it will make any family complete! A 100% family!
To ensure, that these aspirations are achieved, we must work on our family bonds, and that is why, time with the family is absolutely important! This year, the National Family Celebrations is once again here to encourage family bonding!
As the National Family Celebrations is well supported by many partners and sponsors, there will be something for everyone! Not just the little ones, but the youths as well. With activities such as Laser Tag, Rock Climbing, iFLY Singapore or a visit to the S.E.A Aquarium, there is surely an activity for you! Stay Tuned for more updates as the celebrations will culminate in the iconic Family Day Out on 29 June 2013(Saturday). This is a day for families to spend time together at various attractions at their own time. The whole family will also get to enjoy a Carnival at the Waterfront Promenade@Marina Bay from 10am to 7pm.
