Scotts Multi vitamins

One of the most gross things that my mum used to feed me is this!

scotts cod liver oil

Scott’s Emulsion Cod Liver Oil!

I don’t know who on earth could have invented such a gross thing as this, but i used to run far far away whenever I saw this bottle approaching.

If you lived in a later era, you might have tasted the orange flavoured syrup – which is definitely much better! 🙂

However, this emulsion used to be my staple medicine and it was rumoured to make you a better mathematician, if you took it consistently everyday! (I might like to add that it was not very effective for me!)

Well, the good news for my kids is that they no longer have to take the emulsion anymore.

With today’s alternatives, there are much better options!

Thanks to Scott’s, they have sent me their latest multi-vitamin pack!

Scotts MultiVit and Minerals (Combo Pack)

Packed with wholesome goodness, Scott’s Multivitamins & Minerals is a natural progression for children who grew up with Scott’s Emulsion.

Thanks to a chockful of vitamins such as vitamins A, B, D, E and minerals such as Calcium, Iodine, Iron, Folic Acid and many more in every tablet, Scott’s Multivitamins & Minerals complements daily diets to give your child a full day’s worth of the recommended amount.

I showed Nicole the multivitamin pack, and at first she was very apprehensive…(the kids have a problem with medicine…I am sure that I am not alone in this! )

However, things suddenly changed as saw the bottle!

She kept on looking at the little girl running…

Then all of a sudden she told me…Daddy! I want some of the vitamins!

Surprised, I asked her:

“Why? What made you change your mind?”

She looked at me, with excitement in her eyes, and quickly replied:

If I eat this, I will be able to run faster!!!

Haha…:)

Well….I have not told her truth yet…but it seems to be keeping her coming back for more of these tasty grape-flavoured stars!

With 20 essential nutrients that will supplement a children’s growth and development, I hope it comes to pass!….or else I will have a lot of explaining to do, in a few years time.

The multivitamins are available at Guardian, NTUC FairPrice and Cold Storage outlets, at a recommended retail price of SGD 21.30 (U.P. SGD 28.40).
