Children’s Book Party by National Art Gallery
Kids love reading, and reading is essential for any child’s development.
In celebration of Children’s Day, the National Art Gallery will be organising a Children’s Book Party on Oct 2 (Sat), and they will be launching their very first Children’s Picture book entitled “Salted Fish”. The event sounds like a real blast, as there will be Interactive Storytelling, as well as a fun artist-led activity for children to enjoy.
Synopsis of book: Lynn is on her first visit to an art museum and she discovers something strange about an important paining by a famous Artist in Singapore. Come and join us to find out how art touches the life of a child.

Admission Prices: $35 for a child and an accompanying parent. Each additional parent pays $12. (Each Admission Fee also entitles one to a free copy of the book, as well as a colouring book by pioneer Artist Cheong Soo Pieng.)
