There is a brand new Tuition Centre in Town, and one with a totally different flavour.

Lately, I have been introduced to “Blockbuster English!” This is a centre where kids between the ages of 6-12, will acquire mastery of the English language through the appreciation of blockbuster titles. Through familiar titles, and play-acting, kids will learn to speak with confidence, comprehend plots in their favourite cartoons, write engaging compositions, and basically put in the “kung” in “Kung-fu”! .

Centrally located at Novena Square 2, the school boasts of MOE trained teachers and MOE undergraduates. This is to ensure that students can fully grasp the local syllabus, and have time to explore beyond as well. Personally, I have not tried the centre yet, but I am looking forward to my kids first class at this new centre.  I think that with the centre being located right next to Novena MRT, shuttling the kids to-and-fro with definitely be less of a headache.

Together with an experienced teaching crew, it will be exciting to see the centre in action on the 17 August.
