Images of Singapore (Giveaway)
What is the history of Singapore? How did Singapore develop from a small fishing village, into the cosmopolitan city that we see today? These are the questions, that visitors will find answered, as visitors step in the Images of Singapore at Sentosa. Located next to Madame Tussauds, Images of Singapore offers visitors an interactive journey into the history of Singapore.
When I was young, I used to visit the Wax Museum at Sentosa. I remember the wax figures, and the vivid depiction of the Japanese surrender of Singapore to the British in 1945. Although it was relatively life-like (for that era), the figures were not really interactive. Fast forward to 2015….and today the Images of Singapore uses live actors and special effects to take visitors on a journey back in time. Through interactive play, one gets to experience the sights, smells and sounds of yesteryear before one embarks on the a boat ride entitled “The Spirit of Singapore” – where one can celebrate everything unique about Singapore.
The journey was definitely more fun than visiting a static Museum display, and going on the journey helped the kids discover about Singapore in a fun, interactive way. The actors were also very professional, and they were more than able to engage everyone on the tour.

Do take note that Images of Singapore and Madame Tussauds are 2 separate attractions, and they are priced differently. For bargain hunters, do buy your tickets online, and you get the biggest discounts, when you purchase tickets for both attractions. To find out more visit Images of Singapore Live.
