Last week proved to be an exciting week for me! I was invited with the board of “I love Children” to make a radio appearance on 938Live with Radio DJ Susan Ng.

Together with Celine Yeo and Helen Lim, we share our experiences with Parenting. Amazingly, all 3 of us have 3 kids…and that means a total of 9 Children from the parents on air.

Although all of us are from different walks of life, we had ONE thing in Common. And that is – We love talking about our children, and sharing about their Growing Pains.

Personally, going on “air” was a thoroughly enriching experience, and it was cool being “on the other side”, as I talked through the microphone. I think I was nervous at first, but I think I managed to calm down as the program progressed.

I thought that the kids would be excited to hear me on the radio. But mummy told me that their interest only lasted for no more than 5 minutes. They could not resist the temptation of playing with their toys…:)
