Pan Pacific Singapore Review
National Day is just round the corner and it means long weekends and fireworks! Yes! This is the time of the year, when the Nation celebrates its birthday, and when the Singapore skyline is transformed into a canvas of bright lights.
If you are looking for a great location to catch the fireworks, and soak in the atmosphere in air-conditioned comfort, how about booking a room at the Pan Pacific Singapore?
Located in the Marina area, Pan Pacific Singapore would be a great choice of stay for any traveler, as it is recognized by Conde Nast Traveler magazines as one of the top 25 best business hotel brands. We were invited by the hotel for a visit, and were privileged to enjoy the view from the Harbour Suites.
As usual, the kids were excited about the visit, and they were ready to give their seal of approval to the hotel. This was the room that greeted us, when we checked into the hotel.
The rooms have just been redecorated recently, and guests will be able to enjoy the modern layout of the room, which offers glass windows that overlooks the toilet. Great for couples and for anxious parents wondering what their kids are up to, when they are playing in the bath-tub.
Pacific Rooms also give guests access to Pacific Club Benefits.
Located on the 38th floor of Pan Pacific Hotel, the Pacific Club offers great facilities for meetings with clients, and also great ambience for one to just chill and laze around. One of the first things we checked out at the Pacific Club was the complimentary Afternoon tea from 3 to 5 pm.
Being on the highest floor meant that the Club is able to offer one of the most panoramic views of the Marina Bay area. With its excellent vantage point, this was the picturesque views that greeted us.
The Pacific Club also offers Sunset cocktails and crepes from 6 to 8 pm, and champagne breakfast from 6 to 1030 am.
Besides the great views, you will be glad to know that the Pan Pacific Hotel is surrounded by Shopping Malls. From Marina Square, Millenia Walk to Suntec City, this Hotel is connected to major department stores and a subway network that brings you to all parts of Singapore.
But the highlight for us, was just waiting in the room for the Fireworks.
It was a perfect way to end the night, and the show will only be even more spectacular on 9 August. If you are still thinking of how to spend your National Day weekend, do check out the Pan Pacific Singapore and see what they can offer you and your family!
