What to eat at Recess Time?

When the kids enter Primary One, Parents are always worried if their kids can survive life in Primar school. Do they know how to line up for food? Do they have enough time to eat? Are they getting the right food, or are they just eating junk? Parenting woes never seem to cease, and these are the active worries of every parent.

Just came back from Melaka tonight, and my wife has been updating me about what the kids have been up to.
