Aramsa Spa
Just this week, I had the chance to go for a media event at the Asmara Lifestyle Group.
I had a great time to network as I met other Bloggers like Holly Jean and we also got some complimentary spa vouchers as well.
The best part about this place is that it is located in Bishan Park. Yes…this is the place where we regularly go for our “games day” and our exercise routines…
When I received the invite (Thanks Melvin)…I was surprised to know that there was a restaurant and spa in Bishan Park 2. I know there’s a fish pond, but the last I heard, it might be closed due to the renovations at the park.
But YES! This spa/restaurant/pub truly exists and it is a really great place to hang out!
If you are wondering what the word Asmara means, it is the Indonesian word for Passion! And the Spa is definitely Passionate about a Relaxing lifestyle. Doesn’t this place look classy enough for your ROM and your Garden Wedding!!!
A real Plus point about this Award Winning spa is that it closes at Midnight. Conveniently situated in the heartlands of Bishan and Ang Mo Kio, one can just walk home after your spa treatment!
I accompanied my wife for her massage, and although I did not get to enjoy the massage, I was very well taken care of, as I waited for her. With Free Internet Access to keep up with my blogging, the waiting room was adequately spaced with refreshments and biscuits!
Because we went at 11pm, my wife did not have enough time to try out the sauna and soak in the bath tub. However, as you can see from the photos, I am sure anyone will enjoy the experience!
My wife fell in love with the body massage that she was given! In her words:
The experience was really one that soothes you. The therapist was considerate, from ensuring my ‘problem areas’ were massaged with care. She even took care of fine details like pillow comfort and air-con temperature.
Throughout the massage, she was quiet, allowing me to relax with the soft background music. When I asked questions, she gave polite answers and reverted back to working silently. I truly appreciated the privacy and serene environment created. Having a quality massage at the late hour certainly added value to my sleep when I got home!
Sounds like my wife thoroughly enjoyed her message!
This coming week is also Father’s Day and it’s a time to give a “toast” to all the Daddies out there!
