Family Day Out Carnival!

Due to the haze, the Family Day Out has been changed to a Family Day In! The National Family Celebrations is to encourage families to spend time together, and although the haze means that our plans have changed, our goal of spending time together has not! A family that plays together, stays together.

Instead of going down to Marina Bay, we will be spending time as a whole family playing board games.

Celebrations on the 29th of June will end with the nation’s first ever, “6:29 is family time” campaign, and this will take place precisely at 6:29pm. This event is a call-to-action and symbolic reminder for Singaporeans to express appreciation to the whole family.  So we will definitely be making use of this time, to send messages to our loved ones!

If you are short of ideas, you can do this:

Call, tweet, SMS, or meet your loved ones face to face, and  say “I LOVE YOU” at 6:29pm, 29 June.
