Sunday Brunches are definitely at the higher end of the pricing spectrum, but with a dine 3, get 1 free promotion (Check end of post for details and for special code), one’s wallet might just feel weak enough to give in to these sinful temptations. As we responded to this invite at the Conrad Hotel, we ensured that we skipped our breakfast, so as to prepare ourselves for this Sunday Buffet!
Here is what you can expect when you step into the doors of this exquisite buffet! Check out the array of Oysters from 4 different places in the World. Together with King Crabs, Boston Lobsters, Mussels and much more, you can obviously tell that this was one of the first few stations I raided!
And of course, just before you head off for the meats, one has to indulge yourself with your favorite cuts of sashimi! There is nothing like having premium cuts of fish to start off your day!
And just when you think that you can stop there and hopefully still maintain your diet, you must explore the meats station. Check out the slow roasted suckling pig offered in 3 styles (Argentinian, Mauritian or Chinese styled), Oven Roasted US Prime Ribs and London Duck! Often touted as the Wagyu of Duck, these meats are a MUST TRY, and a great way to break any dieting regime. (If you must put on the calories do it in style!). Together with Foie Gras, the meats section had me going back for more!
If you are thinking of bringing foreign guests or treating your elderly parents to a Sunday Brunch, this buffet is equipped to tantalize their Asian Palates. Guests will get to enjoy Laksa, Prawn Noodle, Fish Ball Noodle, and together with Chili Crab and other local delicacies, you have enough dishes to enjoy an Asian feast.
For Vegans, there is a 4 meter long salad bar, together with organic chia seeds, gluten-free mung bean chips and Arame wild seaweed. If you want to know, I hardly hung out near the veggies. Instead, I was at the eggs benedict counter, trying to find space in my exploding tummy. 
If you love desserts, they have a good selection of sweets to satisfy your cravings. Nicole loved the Nitrogen Ice Cream, which came with a magical smokey presentation.
I enjoyed the waffles together with the Ice cream and I have no complaints about the desserts. Overall, it was a great Sunday Brunch, and one that your stomach will remember.
The basic tier of a Sunday Brunch at Conrad Hotel is priced at $98++ and is available on Sundays from 1230pm to 330pm.
If one tops up more ($60++), the buffet also comes with free flow Laurent-Perrier Brut, NV champagne, house wines and selected cocktails.
Kids are priced at S$40++ per child (6 to 12 years old) . Children aged 5 years and below dine for free.
