The Eastern Restaurant

This week, at the invitiation of my friend Dennis, I had a chance to go to Centrepoint to sample some Shanghai Cruisine at “The Eastern Restaurant”.

Located on the 1st floor of Centrepoint, directly opposite Lerk Thai and near the Cuppage Center Pedastriain Bridge, this restaurant offers a much cheaper dining deal as compared to “Ting Dai Fung”. Boasting of chefs from China, we were served with a wide selection of Chinese Food.

An interesting dish worth mentioning is their La Mian! Dipped in sweet sauce, the “La-Mian” in the dish above is enriched with Collagen, so as to offer a younger and healthier choice for all customers. With its noodles hand-made by it’s resident chef, this dish is certainly worth another look! : )

They say that “pictures speak a thousand words”, so I hope that everyone got hungry, just by looking at the pictures! 🙂

Just before dessert, we also got to meet the boss! Besides being an experienced businessman, he was also friendly and ready to engage us. He was there to hear our feedback and willing to find out how he can make his restaurant even better! He is definitely a man willing to hear the Voices of the People! Definitely a Modern BusinessMan! 🙂
