Children Photography

One of the many friends that I made through blogging is my famous photographer friend Maryann.

Besides being a fellow finalist in the Singapore Blog Awards, she is only one of those rare female full-time professional photographers, who specializes in taking pregnancy/baby and children’s photos. (If you want those nice pictures of your baby in your belly – she may be the professional that you can look for!)

Recently, she invited Eunice (A famous Travel Blogger) and myself to her studio, for some private tuition. Yes! I had some pro bono lessons from Maryann, on studio photography.

It was an enlightening lesson, as I have never worked with Studio Lights before, and the practical “hands-on” experience was definitely fun!

Maryann was also very candid and real as she shared her experiences about photography. She has this “knack” of making you feel comfortable in front of the camera, and we enjoyed fellowshipping with her. In fact, I am sure that you will find her very unassuming, if you work with her.
