World School Milk Day with MARIGOLD

Milk is part of every child’s life!

Since young, I remember waking up every morning to a hot mug of milk. Together with my other breakfast favourites, early morning meals were the “bread and butter” essentials in my morning routine. Looking back, I realized that having a full meal at the start of the day is so important. This year, we were invited to eXplorerkid @Downtown East to celebrate World School Milk Day with MARIGOLD! The moment we stepped into the indoor playground, we knew that eXplorerkid would be a perfect venue for this fun event.  Together with the station games which they played, kids were once again reminded about the benefits of drinking milk in a fun, memorable and educational way.

Once the kids finished their safety briefing, there was no stopping them!!! They were ready to go, and explored every slide and obstacle in the park. Nicole joined in the fun as well! 🙂 The kids also learned more about the benefits of Milk, as the MARIGOLD mascot Happy Cow educated the kids, about the importance of drinking milk in a fun way.

Besides the fun on the slides, the rock climbing wall and the ball pool, we were also invited to check out the recycled sculptures made by the 4 childcare centres. Using MARIGOLD UHT Milk packs, I was excited to see the effort and creativity poured into the projects. We were amazed at the various creations made by the preschool kids, and I knew this was one interesting art project we can do at home!

My Personal Favorite was the Marigold Cow, which totally symbolized the whole event! 🙂
